RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Rubies Defined, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
General Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Send an email to contact@rubiesdefined.co.uk with your order number. Our customer service team will provide return instructions and assist you further.
Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
Once your request is approved, return the item within 7 days following our instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
After we receive your item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Important Information
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Worn, altered, or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
• Sale items, replacements, and personalized products are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery.
• Returns must be initiated via email. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
