General Items

We’re excited to get your order to you! Our usual processing time is 3–5 business days, which includes quality checks, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number with delivery updates.

Note: During busy promotion periods, delivery may take longer. Please allow 14–20 days for delivery.

Handmade Items

For handcrafted items, we reserve up to 2 weeks for careful production to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow up to 14 days before shipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins. If you need to cancel, please email us at contact@rubiesdefined.co.uk within 5 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can’t guarantee cancellation.

Returns

1. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, let us know immediately.

2. If the item is unused and in original packaging, you’re eligible for a fast return or exchange.
